Most of our employer customers have an existing EAP that’s designed to address anything and everything. However, most of these EAP programs are structured so that employees are connected with any available agent and given referrals from a collection of general resources. This type of a transactional service is not capable of providing the sufficiently robust and ongoing support that is necessary to allow your aging loved one to thrive at home. Homethrive offers programs that will match you with your own dedicated Care Guide so you have an opportunity to build a trusted relationship with an expert who will be with you as your needs and preferences change. We also curate and vet a selection of service providers that cater to your geography and care needs.
